How we met
Most of you know that Jon and I met through work. He was my boss at the fabulous 50's Classic Car Wash, where I cashiered for entirely too long. We met my first day back. As soon as I saw him I thought he was pretty darn cute, but was absolutely not going to get a crush on anyone, let alone my boss!As co-workers our friendship developed over a 6 month period, before he finally invited me to come hang out with him one night. We spent the evening talking, playing Mario Kart, and finally seeing each other outside of work. Three days later, 8/8/05, he asked me out to dinner and the rest, as they say, is history!

About the bride
Ashley was born in Richardson, Texas. After graduating from Richardson High School in 2001 she moved to Lubbock to start her college career at Texas Tech University. In 2006 she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, focus, Marketing. Ashley was not done with school yet, she graduated with her Master of Arts, focus of Mass Communications in 2008.
She found her dream job in Lubbock , Texas where she is the Executive Director for the West Texas & Panhandle Muscular Dystrophy Association.
In the bride's free time she loves to run, read a good book, and spend time with the other man in her life, her Yorkie Mr. Big.
About the groom
Jon was born in Odessa, Texas. He was raised in Lubbock, Texas; where he graduated from Coronado High School in 1998, at age 16. *Such a smarty pants*During high school Jon was a member of the debate team and at the state/national competition with the National Forensics League he earned the degree of Double Ruby. After graduation he joined the workforce and moved around the country for a year. His favorite home during that journey was Orlando, Florida.
Jon moved back to Lubbock in 2001 and has been living close to friends and his family since. He is currently in the process of earning his Bachelor of Science Engineering. He is excited to transfer to Texas Tech University!
In any free time the groom finds he loves to play video games, harass their dog, Mr. Big, and spend quality time with his fiance. The couple loves to travel, and enjoys spending time planning great adventures!
